Video Interviewing
You will receive your portal login details via email prior to your first virtual assessment centre.
The first time you log in, you will be asked to enter an authorisation code. This code is specific to the device that you are using, therefore if you use an alternative device on the day, you will be required to enter a new code. This will be sent via SMS if your phone details are stored in the portal, if they aren’t it will be emailed to you.
We recommend checking the box ‘Remember me for 7 days’ to avoid having to re-authenticate every day.
