2.1 Contact and enquiry forms
When you submit a form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and company name if provided, and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and follow up if you have expressed interest in our services.

2.2 Marketing
If you opt in to marketing, we will send you information about our products and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting privacy@talenscio.com.

2.3 Support chat
Our website uses TawkTo for live chat. When you use the chat widget, TawkTo collects your messages, IP address, browser details, and any information you share. TawkTo uses cookies and local storage to show prior chat history to returning visitors.
GDPR mode is enabled on our TawkTo account. A consent prompt is shown before the chat widget activates. TawkTo AI Assist may provide initial responses, with human agents available for escalation. TawkTo does not use conversation data to train AI models for third parties.

2.4 Analytics
We use analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals. Analytics cookies are only placed with your consent via our cookie banner.

TawkTo may process data in the United States. A Data Processing Addendum with appropriate transfer safeguards is in place.
