We believe assessment should work better for everyone involved

Candidates should have a clear, consistent experience. Assessors should be able to focus on observing and making good judgements. Recruitment and talent teams should be able to run the process without unnecessary complexity getting in the way.

That belief has shaped Talenscio from the beginning: use technology to make assessment calmer and easier to manage, while keeping the people and the evidence at the centre of the process.

Our story

2020

A practical problem needed a fast answer

When face-to-face assessment centres suddenly became impossible, the first version of the platform was created within the Discovery group to keep assessment running remotely.

Then

A temporary solution became something bigger

The platform proved that assessment centres could be easier to coordinate without compromising the structure of the process.

Today

One platform for assessment and interviews

Talenscio now supports assessment centres, development centres and video interviews, with the platform continuing to evolve around the needs of candidates, assessors and recruitment teams.
