Complete your interview on laptop/desktop
Once you have logged in or created your Talenscio account, you will be taken to your ‘My Activity’ dashboard.
Here you will see a tab for Interviews from all companies that have invited you to interview via the Talenscio platform.
Click ‘Start’ to display the interview you wish to complete.
The first screen will display useful information and a link to the company terms and privacy policies.
Click ‘Continue’ when ready.
You will be presented with an advice screen with options to ‘Start Interview’ or ‘Practice with a sample question’.
If you select practice, you can test and practice answering and recording video without any response being saved.
Click ‘Start Interview’ when you are ready to proceed with the real interview questions, and follow the on-screen instructions.
