| Terms | Definition |

| Activity | Anything that a candidate will participate in throughout the day (e.g. group task, interview, multiple choice test) |
| Assessor | A registered user that has been trained on using the platform to be able to observe and score candidates & delegates. |
| Centre | The virtual day that will be running (e.g. virtual development centre or virtual assessment centre) |
| Schedule | A personalised, live agenda that will be visible to individuals on the day of their centre |
| Users | These are any individuals from the company (e.g. assessors or facilitator) |
