Talenscio has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS), following assessment by QAS International.
The certification, approved on 5 August 2026, covers the design, development, delivery and support of the Talenscio recruitment assessment platform and associated business operations. Its scope extends across the information assets, systems, personnel and processes involved in those activities.
For organisations using Talenscio to manage assessment centres, development centres and interviews, information security is an important part of the relationship. Candidate information, assessment data and recruitment processes all need to be managed appropriately, with clear controls around how information is accessed and protected.
Achieving ISO/IEC 27001 certification provides independent confirmation that Talenscio operates an Information Security Management System against the requirements of the internationally recognised standard. Maintaining the certification also involves ongoing annual audits.
The certification builds on the security controls and governance already in place within Talenscio and provides customers with additional assurance when carrying out their own supplier security and procurement assessments.
It is also particularly relevant as Talenscio expands its work with public-sector organisations and other employers where information security and supplier assurance form an important part of the procurement process.
Talenscio’s ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification was issued by QAS International under certificate number IT1416.
