Set up around your process
We’ll help you configure the platform around your centres, activities, users and assessment approach, then make sure administrators know how to manage it confidently.
Train the people who assess
Give assessors practical guidance on using Talenscio to access activities, record observations, score consistently and capture the evidence behind their decisions.
Run independently
Once your team is up and running, you stay in control. Use Talenscio day to day with ongoing platform support available when questions or new requirements arise.
Some projects need more than platform support. As part of the Discovery ADR Group, Talenscio clients can also access experienced assessment practitioners and additional expertise to help design and deliver the assessment itself.
Assessment design
Discovery can help shape the overall assessment approach, including exercises, criteria and scoring frameworks built around the roles, behaviours and capabilities you need to explore.
Centre facilitation
Experienced Discovery facilitators and assessors can support part or all of an assessment or development centre, virtually or in person, when you need additional expertise or capacity.
Behavioural & psychometric profiling
Additional behavioural and psychometric profiling can be brought into the process where it adds useful insight alongside interviews, exercises and observed assessment.
