Talenscio Acceptable Use Policy

1.2 You may not use the Services to compete with Talenscio or engage in any activities that could harm Talenscio’s reputation or operations.

2. Prohibited Actions

As a user of the Talenscio Services, you agree NOT to:

• Data Mining and Automation: Systematically retrieve data or content to create a database or directory without written consent. Use automated tools such as bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to interact with the platform.
• Security Violations: Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the security features of the Services, including attempts to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas.
• Impersonation and Misrepresentation: Impersonate another user, misrepresent your identity or experience, or use another person’s credentials without permission.
• Content Misuse: Upload, transmit, or share content that contains viruses, malware, or any material that disrupts the Services or infringes on the rights of others.
• Illegal Activities: Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards.
• Harmful Conduct: Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users, Talenscio employees, or agents.
• Improper Advertising: Use the Services to advertise or promote goods and services not approved by Talenscio.
• Data Misuse: Collect or store sensitive information for unauthorised purposes, such as impersonation or identity theft.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software provided by Talenscio.

3. Fair Usage

3.1 The Services may include fair usage limits, which are outlined in your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or restricted access.

3.2 Examples of fair usage limits include:

• Number of interview responses processed.
• Number of SMS notifications sent through the platform.

3.3 Users on specific plans must adhere to the response and notification allowances detailed in their agreements. Exceeding these allowances may result in additional fees, as outlined in the pricing documentation.

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe this Policy has been violated, you may report the issue to Talenscio at support@talenscio.com. Talenscio reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate actions, including suspension or termination of access.

5. Enforcement

5.1 Talenscio reserves the right to monitor activity on the platform to ensure compliance with this Policy. Any violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without prior notice.

5.2 Talenscio reserves the right to involve law enforcement or other regulatory authorities for violations of applicable laws.

6. Modifications to the Policy

Talenscio may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
